Meet Investors Realty Group, LLC's Management

Prior to co-founding Investors Realty Group, LLP in 2005, Layne was a successful small business person opening his first business - a computer store called Computer Professionals Unlimited, Inc., (CPU, Inc.) in Honolulu in 1989. Upon selling CPU, Inc., in 1994, Layne opened a succession of small businesses which he sold in 2001 to embark on his career in commercial real estate. Since 2002, Layne has successfully negotiated for local, national, and international clients, over $250 million in commercial real estate sales and leasing transactions including negotiating long-term ground rent leases, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, and sale/leasebacks covering all sectors of commercial real estate including, vacant land, industrial, retail, office, and multi-family properties.

Layne received his EET Degree in 1984 from DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix, AZ, he is also a 3rd generation Hawaii resident and a proud graduate of Pearl City High School Class of 1979. Layne is active in the community and has been a past Vice President and Board Member of the University of Hawaii Wahine Basketball Booster Program among other community programs.
